Picardy Homes came to us with an empty field, planning permission for 17 new homes and a site plan. We had the exciting brief to start selling the properties before they'd even broken-ground, and for that, we were going to need a good plan!

Location was everything and they'd picked a stunning one. The view from the top of the site was spectacular, and so we had our start point, the company strap-line of '...a better view' was born. The marketing and photography took shape from there and we planned our campaign to fall into step with the progress of the build. We teamed illustrative marketing with views through the seasons using stills and drone photography, as well as 360° interiors, scenic village shots and site progress images.  


The new homes marketing machine gathered pace, initial focus was on the largest property, which was to be the show home. Outdoor photos soon gave way to a fully-planned interiors photo shoot over 2 days. Using 2 photographers, we styled the dressed show home and completed a set of shots from all angles of the interior of the house as well as outdoor photos showing its setting and views across the village and surrounding countryside. 

Seasonal changes added interest as the houses grew and we catalogued progress of the development with regular photo shoots, continually producing fresh content for our designers to utilise across all sales and marketing channels.

Website Design & Programming was a major part of the initial brief, we created a bespoke website with specialist functionality to enable property details to be regularly managed as the build and subsequent sales process rolled-out.

Wildfire's post-production needed to be minimal to ensure integrity at all times of the sales process. The emphasis was for the imagery to be honest and strong. We supplied adverts to sales agents, designed the widespread and regular magazine and press advertising, kept the website up to date and provided plenty of content for the social media campaign.

Wildfire's marketing services enable property developers to advertise with ease across all available media and platforms. We supply photos and advertising to estate agents, and regularly update client photo archives with plenty of fresh content for online sales platforms such as Rightmove, On the Market and Zoopla, as well as all social media and local press campaigns.

The Mount, Chepstow


Bovale Developments came to us after securing planning permission for the main house to be converted into 4 luxury homes, with a new build of 24 carefully designed houses, to form a courtyard around the Grade II listed house in Chepstow. Beautiful original features within the main house, had been remarkably well preserved despite the house's varied historical uses, and so a sensitive renovation commenced. 

Marketing for this site needed to encompass the old house, the new courtyard, the location in a beautiful edge of town site with unrivalled views across the rolling countryside and Wye Valley, and the spacious grounds surrounding the homes. We regularly visited site to re-shoot photos of the properties and surrounding area as the build progressed. Wildfire also supplied illustrative 3D CGI for the site and properties for use prior to completion and final photography.

Off-Plan Marketing at a high-end level, we designed the brand for the development around the stunning protected Ceadar tree in the grounds. This became the icon for the marketing throughout the campaign. Wildfire designed and printed bespoke folders with a 4 page floor plan for each home on the development. These were translated into a website which we designed specifically for the development, containing download links to all floor plans which Wildfire updated as needed and the local sales agents used as a valuable sales resource.

Sun Hill Developments asked us to help with advertising a very select site in North Shropshire. Starting off-plan, Wildfire produced five CGI illustrations and a 3D site plan drawing for the whole development before Sun Hill were out of the ground. 

New homes marketing was key in advertising these exclusive detached homes as they are tucked-away and hidden from passing-view in a rural country lane location. Our designs were used in the print and digital marketing of the properties by Halls Estate Agents as well as a simple single page website for the short marketing campaign.

SOLD! All five homes sold very quickly thanks to the timing of the campaign. By starting the marketing as soon as possible we can help to sell new homes efficiently, capturing the momentum of build progress.

Hawk Developments asked us to help with advertising a very select site in North Shropshire. The dilapidated barns were to be re-developed to form 6 luxury homes. Wildfire produced a suite of marketing literature and CGI illustrations, a 3D site plan drawing for the development and various graphic elements for their website to support the progress of the build and sales. 

Re-developed property marketing was key in advertising these exclusive properties as their rural location was off the beaten track so passing-view in a rural location was going to be limited. Our designs were used in the print and digital marketing campaign for the properties by Halls Estate Agents.

SOLD! The beautiful barns received a high levels of interest thanks to the delivery of marketing support to both the developer and the agent involved. Tean Hall Mills, Staffordshire


Bovale were in the very early stages of a complex renovation of this collection of Tape Mill buildings in Upper Tean in Staffordshire when Wildfire were invited to the initial marketing meetings. Plans for 70 luxury appartments and a fully renovated C17th town house were underway and with so many different styles of residential home to advertise for sale, Wildfire designed a campaign which highlighted the features of each main building as the overall style. Each 'plot' was then marketed with its own floor plans and photography, with the predominant style of finishes governed by the collection of 'show appartments' throughout the site. 

The Marketing Suite for this site was situated in a handsome Georgian house at the front of the development. This was branded up with bright flags on the front of the building and then along the high street facing mill, which spanned several hundered metres and gave us a huge footprint for advertising.

The next area to be completed was a group of 4 ground floor homes in the largest 'Cross Mill' where the fully furnished show apartments were heated, lit and ready to view. Wildfire directed the photography of these plots which formed the main body of our marketing from that point.

Off-Plan Marketing spanned several price brackets due to the properties range and styles. We designed the brand for the development around the 4 main buildings. Each was colour coded and given an overall brochiure with specification and example floor plans. Each plot then had its own specific smaller brochure containing floor plans and sales details. These were translated into a website which we designed specifically for the development, containing download links to all floor plans which Wildfire updated as the sales progressed.

Hawk Homes have commissioned Wildfire to market their new homes developments for many years. We always begin off-plan, producing CGI illustration for the whole site and illustrated view for each house type, this helps us to visualise the layout of the development and plan the photography before the homes are built. 

Location photography starts when the first show home is furnished and we travel to the rural developments, styling, lighting and photographing the furnished or unfurnished interiors and exterior angles as the developments progress.  


The new homes marketing includes detailed cameo shots of property features for useful digital content which we use in our social media campaigns. Outdoor still, aerial and drone footage, showing each new home within surrounding countryside adds a really powerful edge to online marketing. Our designs are used in the print and digital marketing of the properties and regularly updated on Hawk's website.

Shrewsbury Homes engaged Wildfire to produce marketing literature for several developments around Shrewsbury, including The Anchorage, with its fabulous setting overlooking The River Severn and Shrewsbury Town Centre. 

Location and roadside development branding was the start point for this project which soon gave way to more property-focussed photographic marketing once the build was progressed to the point of sales enquiry generation.  


The new homes marketing of a varied portfolio of properties had a main focus on penthouse apartments and the mews-style townhouses all with stunning interiors and views. The marketing supported all sales activity and expedited buyer interest.
